Training Background

I started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in August of 2020 at Worcester MMA under Dan Simmler. My focus has been on developing strong fundamentals in both gi and no-gi styles.

BJJ has taught me how to be calm under pressure, think tactically, and embrace the process of growth through discipline and humility.
